CMS coaches a few hundred catchers a year through the signature program, The Complete Catcher Protocol.
As a CMS Coach, your job is simple:
You'd review video for your catchers, deliver every review within 24 hours, and reach out personally each week to ensure great results.
You'll also do 1:1 coaching calls over zoom.
~10-40 hours/week.
No sales calls. No content. No in-person coaching.
Who We're Looking For
1. Technical catching mastery:Â You know your stuff with catching. You understand the nuances. You communicate in simple language.Â
2. Tenacious responsiveness: You respond to every message within 24 hrs. Ideally faster. You're proactive in outreach and relationship.
3. Real love for developing youth: You see an engaged parent text as a good sign, not an intrusion. You care most about their development as a person.
Compensation
$2,000/month base + $25/month per catcher on your roster.
Starting roster of 35 puts you at $2,875/month.
Contractor role with quarterly performance bonuses.
Growth path:Â if you're great, we'll figure out a plan to keep you :)
What To Expect
Application → Short Video → Screening Call → Paid Trial ($100 to review 3 real videos) → Offer.
3-5 weeks start to finish.
You'd also walk out a Catching Made Simple Certified Coach.
