Coach Bougie
Founder
Anj Bourgeois transitioned from infield to catcher his junior year at Biola University and now has coached 100s of catchers online and helped 100,000s through his content.
Coach Matt
Matt Maloney grew up in New Hampshire where he played with Coach Murph (@icoachbaseball). He just graduated from Penn State University, and is a great role model for young men.

1:1 Bi-Weekly Live Coaching
These are directly with Coach Bougie. They are via zoom, but can be arranged to be in-person if in southern California.
The main focus will be:
1) Live implementation of drills on your #1 skill
2) Mindset + goal setting for the player
3) Maximizing parent effectiveness to help them get more out of their practice time
1:1 Video Reviews
If in Mastery or a softball player, these are done with Coach Bougie.
If a baseball player, these are done with Coach Matt.
These video reviews will give you quick feedback to make sure you're working on the right things and doing them correctly.
The main focus will be:
1) Identifying what you're doing (well and poorly)
2) Identifying what "good" looks like
3) Giving you cue's to get to "good" faster
OnForm Video Updates
Since we review so many videos, we see patterns across players.
In these OnForm video updates, we will create short, actionable videos that take insights and make them applicable to you.
This ensures it's not just you learning from your own mistakes, but from everyone's mistakes as a group.
Group Zoom Calls
Group Zoom calls are awesome because we get to work together live.
You get to be around other catchers who are serious about getting better, do drill work live, and ask any questions you have.
